Pianist Takashi Kawabata and flutist Meerenai Shim will be performing
compositions by Latin American composers as well as works inspired by
Latin Jazz. The entertaining program will include:

A Collaboration of Bay Area Chamber Musicians
From Offenbach
to off-the-wall, no boundaries are present with this charming afternoon
of music that inlcudes singing and instrumental music in a lovely
Victorian parlour room in Berkeley. Featuring local composers Anne
Hege and Dusan Chae, come join us for an afternoon of musicality with
a light potluck to follow.
The Kawabata-Shim Duo will
be performing Mike Mower's Sonata Latino.
